Before you write
- Include the app name (smartCHECK or iEFIS), platform (iOS / Android), and version number from Settings / About.
- Describe what you expected vs. what happened, and whether the issue is repeatable.
- For subscription issues, include the store (App Store or Google Play) and approximate purchase date — do not send passwords.
